Join our team as a Physical Therapist in Wilson, NC, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000–$94,000 per year. This role requires an active North Carolina Physical Therapy license and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will evaluate and treat patients to restore or enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent physical dysfunction while delivering excellent patient care within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform initial and ongoing assessments
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide physical therapy treatments to restore or improve mobility and function
• Treat pain and prevent physical dysfunction
• Apply standard PT techniques and therapeutic modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation
• Supervise PT assistants, aides, students, and support staff
• Delegate appropriate tasks and assess staff competency
• Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices
• Document goals, progress, and reassessment plans

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
