PROPÓSITO
Bajo supervisión directa, realizar una variedad de actividades de patio incluyendo operar un montacargas para mover productos y materiales a través del patio. Brindar servicio al cliente a clientes.LABORES ESENCIALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Asistir a los clientes en el lugar y con la carga del producto. Revisar los materiales en comparación con la factura o requerimiento; completar y enruta el papeleo adecuadamente. Mover el producto/material a través del patio garantizando su colocación en áreas correctas. Garantizar que el producto/material se encuentre bien abastecido de inventario en todo momento. Realizar limpieza rutinaria del patio. Comprender y acatar todos los procedimientos y prácticas de seguridad para prevenir lesiones a sí mismo o a compañeros de trabajo; asistir a reuniones de seguridad periódicas según sea requerido; puede recomendar cambios para mejorar los procedimientos de seguridad. Otras tareas pueden ser asignadas.APTITUDES
Habilidad para operar equipos de manejo de materiales motorizados y no motorizados. Conocimiento de procedimientos de seguridad al realizar tareas. Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente. Conocimiento de la disponibilidad de productos/inventario de la compañía en la ubicación del trabajo. Habilidad para aplicar el sentido común para llevar a cabo instrucciones verbales o escritas detalladas pero no involucradas. Habilidad para leer y comprender facturas y requerimientosREQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Diploma de educación secundaria o Título de Educación General (GED) y seis meses de experiencia realizando estas tareas o similares, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia. Certificación de montacargas OSHA requeridaENTORNO DE TRABAJO/ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA
El entorno de trabajo y las actividades físicas descritas son representativos de todas aquellas que deben ser cumplidas por el empleado para realizar exitosamente las funciones esenciales de este trabajo. Se pueden realizar acomodaciones razonables para permitir a individuos con discapacidades realizar las funciones esenciales. El trabajo es realizado principalmente en un entorno de patio al aire libre, sujeto a variaciones de temperatura y clima, ruido de equipos y polvo. Debe ser capaz de levantar y mover hasta 25 libras de peso frecuentemente y en ocasiones hasta 80 libras de peso.
