Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, EPIC documentation proficiency
Physical Demands: Heavy work, exposure to communicable diseases, ability to perform under physically demanding conditions

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to hospital policies and standards
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Use EPIC software for documentation and patient record management
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure clear understanding and care continuity
Lead nursing teams and delegate tasks efficiently
Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures

What You Need

Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- CPI certification (blue card)
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Experience with EPIC documentation
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
