Position Summary Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring a part-time Lead Generator in Rancho Cordova, CA to start conversations that turn into qualified HVAC appointments. This entry-level, onsite role supports our sales pipeline by collecting accurate customer information and creating interest in an in-home visit. Key Responsibilities Proactively greet and engage every passerby in a retail setting Ask discovery questions, explain next steps, and capture consent to be contacted Enter lead details into a mobile app and submit clean, complete records Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused approach Required Qualifications/skills Prior sales or lead generation experience preferred Confident, friendly communicator who can speak with a high volume of people Comfortable standing for the full shift and working independently Reliable personal transportation and a cell phone for app entry Pay is $16.90-$25/hr; schedule is Thursday-Sunday with some flexibility.
