Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California COTA license required
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Proficient in executing treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists
• Motivated, adaptable, and eager to support a district-wide caseload (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support students’ learning, participation, and independence in the school setting
• Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver quality, evidence-based interventions
• Document student progress and communicate outcomes with teaching staff and families
• Support students in building essential life skills, including fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
