Work you'll do As a Senior, Technology Program Management professional on the GES Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives across infrastructure, security, and application tooling teams. Develop and maintain integrated engineering schedules across application, infrastructure, security, and tooling workstreamsTrack cross-team dependencies, align owners, and drive resolution of blockers, milestone gaps, and delivery conflictsIdentify risks related to scope, resources, security approvals, and technical readiness; maintain mitigation plans and escalation pathsPartner with enterprise architects, product owners, and engineering leaders to translate scope and design decisions into actionable delivery plansPrepare stakeholder updates, communicate schedule changes, and support delivery governance across technical forums A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and professional demeanorMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and build professional relationships in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading projects or workstreams and providing clear guidance to others The team At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services (GES) Technology Group consultants help multinational clients develop programs, processes, and digital offerings to manage a global workforce and the compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel, and remote working. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,600 to $141,000.
