Strategy Financial Group is an independent financial services firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, known for strong leadership, client service excellence, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to taking care of its people. We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Peoria office, managing day-to-day operations while creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every client and guest. 

This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone with a polished phone presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for customer service who wants to contribute ideas, grow with the company, and take pride in being an essential part of a fast-paced, high-impact team.

What You’ll Do

Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent front desk support and client service you will:

• Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate

• Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner

• Respond to client inquiries on administrative questions

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages

• Assist in the inventory management of office supplies

• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing

• Provides general administrative and clerical support

• Maintains a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms

• Accurate data entry into the database/CRM

Minimum Requirements:

• HS Diploma

• 10+ years of front reception office experience

• Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly

• Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required

Nice to Have

• Experience in a professional services or financial services environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly: $20.00 - $25.00
