The role:

As Senior Vice President, AI Product Management and a member of the Products Leadership Team, you will set the vision, strategy, and investment priorities for the enterprise AI product portfolio.

You will translate AI innovation into differentiated products, sustainable growth, and measurable customer value, with executive accountability for portfolio direction, commercialization, adoption, and business outcomes. Working alongside fellow product executives, you will shape the broader product strategy and ensure AI capabilities are integrated across the portfolio rather than developed as isolated offerings.

This is an enterprise leadership role that combines market vision, technical depth, commercial judgment, and organizational scale. You will establish a multiyear AI product strategy spanning intelligent applications, automation, AI-powered discovery, and connected customer experiences. You will balance long-term differentiation with near-term execution, make explicit investment trade-offs, and align product, engineering, and sales leaders around a unified roadmap for reliable, scalable AI solutions.

• Set and champion the multiyear AI product vision, portfolio strategy, and investment roadmap; establish where to compete, how to differentiate, and which capabilities to build, partner for, or acquire in collaboration with executive leadership
• Shape company-wide product direction as a member of the Products Leadership Team, aligning AI investments with enterprise priorities and integrating shared AI capabilities across the product portfolio
• Align technical and sales executives on strategic priorities, resource commitments, delivery milestones, and accountability; resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and escalate material risks
• Build and lead a global AI product management organization through senior product leaders; establish organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and clear ownership from strategy through customer adoption
• Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers and partners, translating senior customer priorities, market signals, and competitive intelligence into portfolio choices and long-term growth opportunities
• Define the AI ecosystem and partnership strategy, enabling complementary technologies and strategic partnerships to extend product capabilities and customer choice; guide strategic build-versus-partner decisions
• Provide executive product direction across AI-powered applications, decision support, intelligent automation, and the capabilities needed to bring AI solutions from concept to everyday use, balancing usability, reliability, customer trust, and business value
• Own portfolio business cases and outcome measures; partner with finance and commercial leaders on investment allocation, pricing, packaging, monetization, and growth, tracking revenue contribution, adoption, retention, time to value, and AI workload economics
• Lead the executive AI product narrative with marketing and sales leadership, connecting differentiated capabilities to business value and representing the portfolio in strategic customer, partner, and industry discussions
• Establish a scalable product operating model with quarterly portfolio reviews, clear decision rights, roadmap governance, launch criteria, and escalation paths; reallocate investment as customer evidence, delivery risks, and market conditions evolve

You will serve on the Products Leadership Team, partnering with fellow product executives to shape portfolio-wide strategy, prioritize investments, and make cross-business trade-offs. You will lead a global organization of senior product leaders and product managers, and work closely with engineering, architecture, data science, cloud platform, security, finance, sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic partners. Together, you will align AI innovation, product delivery, and commercial execution around shared customer and business outcomes.

Your background:

• Extensive executive product management experience leading enterprise AI, analytics, data platforms, cloud platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure, including ownership of a complex portfolio and leadership through senior product leaders
• Demonstrated success taking enterprise platform products from strategy through commercialization and scale, with measurable results in customer adoption, revenue growth, retention, and investment returns
• Strong understanding of AI product development, generative and agentic AI, intelligent discovery, responsible AI practices, and the requirements for delivering reliable customer-facing solutions
• Experience with modern enterprise software platforms, cloud-based products, developer tools, and technology partnerships that enable connected AI solutions
• Proven ability to operate as a member of a senior product leadership team, shape enterprise strategy, secure alignment on investment trade-offs, and translate technical complexity into compelling customer value and commercially sound decisions
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong commercial and financial judgment, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, establish portfolio priorities, guide pricing and monetization, and balance growth, customer value, and cost efficiency
• Experience building an executive-level product operating cadence with clear ownership, quarterly business reviews, investment governance, launch readiness, outcome tracking, and timely escalation of material risks
• A track record of building global product leadership teams, developing leaders, strengthening succession, and driving execution through a matrixed organization with shared accountability
• Customer-first orientation with the ability to turn market signals, competitive insights, and enterprise AI adoption patterns into actionable product direction
