Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Review and interpret financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Develop financial models and reports for leadership. Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Evaluate financial risks and recommend solutions to mitigate potential issues. Support investment analysis and capital planning initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and business recommendations. Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting -REQUIRED Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (5+ Years). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial planning, investment analysis, or corporate finance. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Employment Type: Permanent Work Arrangement: Full-Time, On-Site Candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute of the job location.
