TechEdge Service Coordinator

Patterson is seeking a TechEdge Service Coordinator to support our healthcare and medical services customers in the Customer Service & Support department. In this role, you will be the primary contact for dental and animal health practices, coordinating technical service requests, scheduling field technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of equipment and software issues. You’ll manage service orders in our systems, communicate status updates, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams.
