The role of the Registered Nurse (RN) encompasses addressing the complete nursing needs of residents while actively embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” A typical day may involve: Maintaining a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors to engage in the daily life of the residents Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments Initiating care plans as necessary and effectively overseeing resident care Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction Part-Time Position - Saturdays 6 PM to 6 AM Compensation: $40-48 per hour based on experience + $2-$3 shift differential* To excel in this position, you should possess: A valid RN license in the applicable state Current CPR certification Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply!
