Urologist Position at Saint Joseph Health System
Saint Joseph is seeking a Urologist to assist with ongoing 24 hour hospital call coverage! Urgent dates needed: Dec 30th and 31st. Provider/s will be added to the current pool for ongoing shifts. They currently have a need of 24/7 coverage starting in January 2025. 24 hour call coverage adults only 2-5 ppd EMR: EPIC General urology procedures required. Willing to pay for full travel.
Credentialing timelines:
- Payer enrollment: 90-120 days from receipt of demographics, IN license, IN controlled substance registration, DEA with IN practice address, and signed enrollment forms.
- Hospital privileges: 45-60 days from receipt of complete CVO/CPI portal application.
- BC or BE within 5 years of residency - Required
- IN license at the time of submission - Required
- ACLS - Required
- Certification requirements: Board Certified
- State license requirements: Indiana
