Associate, EVS EventVisitorServices(EVS)is the functional area, within theOrganizingCommittee for theLA28 SummerGames (Olympics and Paralympics), thatoverseesthe planning, design, and provision of safe and welcoming visits to all ticketed events at official competition venues, as well as other services for accredited stakeholders. The EventVisitorServices Coordinatoris awell organised and detailed oriented administrator responsibleforhelping tosupport the FA’soverallefficiencybyhelping to keepall logistical, operational, and communication needsrunning smoothly. They will directlyreport to andassistthe EVS Director withadministrative tasks, while coordinating with the operational and workforce teams. This roleis integral toguaranteethe smooth deliveryof EVS mandate come Games Time. Key Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate, and organiselogisticsfor EVS meetings, including bookingrooms, sending calendar invites, and tracking RSVP lists. Act as a daily communication link between EVS and other FAs, relaying updates, routing inquiries, and helping coordinate shared tasks. Support open communication flow by regularly distributing updates and sharing relevant information between the EVS team and otherdepartments. Assistin drafting, formatting, and proofreading EVS presentations, templates, and daily operational documents. Perform routine administrative duties for the EVS team, such as organizing files, updating trackers, and taking meeting minutes as requested. PhysicalRequirementsand Working Conditions Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office. The majority ofwork will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment. The LA28 office is anopen floorplanworking environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in anopen cubicleenvironment. Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods. The pay scaleprovidedis the range that LA28reasonably expectsto pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensationremainssubject to final determination based on individual candidatequalifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
