Customer Service/Warehouse Associate

Fort Lauderdale, FL We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service-Warehouse Departments. We provide industrial maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies to manufacturing, utility, and service organizations. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized companies in the South Florida area. A background or previous experience in industrial sales/service is helpful but not a requirement for this position. The ideal candidate is able to move from the customer service desk to the warehouse. We are looking for a person who can speak well on the phone, correspond with customers via email, and at the same time not afraid to "get their hands dirty". Duties include handling incoming phone calls and email from customers, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks and stocking shelves. The ideal candidate should be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. A competitive compensation package, 401(k), medical, disability and life insurance coverage along with vacation are offered.
