About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join its Executive team. The CAO will be a senior executive leader responsible for the operational, administrative, and risk infrastructure, ensuring that these systems are safe, reliable, and aligned with the organization's strategy. This role involves providing executive leadership in risk management, facilities, administrative operations, and technology, and continuously improving the operating model to drive efficiency and enhance the experiences of both staff and clients. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team, translating organizational strategy into clear priorities and execution plans, and will be instrumental in maintaining the organization's long-term sustainability. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience. A minimum of 5 years in senior-level management, particularly in the areas of risk management, facilities, and technology governance, is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional teams, and a background in nonprofit, public sector, or human services is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance operational detail with an executive-level perspective. Excellent communication, integrity, and professionalism are essential, as is the ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and clear accountability.
