Job Description Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking PRN Hospitalist and Nocturnist Physicians to join our inpatient care team. • Provide high-quality inpatient care for hospitalized patients
• Manage admissions, rounding, and cross-coverage responsibilities
• Deliver overnight or daytime hospitalist coverage as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based care

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or relevant specialty
• Completion of U.S. residency program required
• Current New Mexico medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
