This facility operates with fewer than 100 beds and does not hold a trauma center designation, providing obstetric and gynecologic services across inpatient, clinic, and OR settings. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support continuous patient care delivery in accordance with structured workflows. Clinical operations are conducted on-site, with staffing that includes CNMs to support the OB/GYN team.

Washington State offers a range of outdoor and cultural experiences suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore national parks such as Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier, and North Cascades National Park, as well as scenic destinations like the San Juan Islands, which are known for wildlife viewing and kayaking. Historic areas and guided tours to natural landmarks are also available, with ferry access to outlying destinations throughout the region.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage across inpatient, clinic, and OR settings at an on-site facility in Washington, seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day and supporting a volume of approximately 450-500 deliveries per year. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic care, including pager call coverage, with collaboration alongside CNMs as part of the clinical team. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured as a day shift and 24-hour call model. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required, and an active Washington state license or IMLC is required; a prompt credentialing timeframe is anticipated for this position.
