Senior Thermal Engineer, Flight Systems

Castelion is seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to own the thermal engineering method across our missile systems, defining architectures and developing high-fidelity models. You will drive thermal analysis and support design decisions from concept through flight. You will work across aerodynamics, structures, electrical, propulsion, and systems teams, performing first-principles analysis and tool-based simulations. This role offers significant ownership and a direct impact on vehicle reliability.
