POSITION PROFILE
Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas: operates high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, operates high volume document scanning equipment, operate high volume mail processing equipment. Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. .
The person will be receiving, checking opening and processing and storage documents in different files.

• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and mail processing equipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Receive, open, process, organize, file, and store documents and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform binding, finishing, quality control checks, and document preparation tasks.
• Handle shipping, receiving, sorting, distribution, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and fax communications.
• Maintain copier and office equipment functionality by performing basic troubleshooting, clearing paper jams, and coordinating service requests.
• Manage inventory of office supplies, maintain service logs, billing records, and operational documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide status updates, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate Microsoft Office applications, email systems, scanning software, and other office technology.
• Support filing, archiving, records management, and document retention processes.
• Assist with reception duties, meeting room setup, office support functions, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines, ensuring top-notch quality and
efficiency.
• Provide essential equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues promptly for
resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls,
and managing job requests.
• Maintain meticulous records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services
rendered.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of completed jobs and support
various building functions.
• Embrace flexibility by occasionally assisting with meeting room setups, light maintenance,
and reception duties.
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to protocols while handling equipment and materials,
ensuring a secure work environment.

Qualifications Must Have:
• High school diploma or GED, coupled with minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric
environment.
