Job Title In the role of regional inspector, the agent conducts numerous controls related to the sale and use of plant protection products, and the hygiene package in plant production throughout the Hauts-de-France region.

DESCRIPTION OF MISSIONS:

Conducts controls related to the use of plant protection products (within the framework of the conditionality of CAP aids and outside of conditionality), distribution, application, and advice (verification of declarative obligations and on-site control of premises/equipment) Conducts controls related to the hygiene package Conducts sampling, particularly within the framework of the safety plans/control plan (PSPC) or when necessary (suspicion…) Follows up on the files and litigation under their responsibility and writes inspection reports and possible criminal procedures Conducts follow-up on requests related to methanizers entering the DIG AGRI scheme Conducts follow-up on the pollinator plan as well as acute bee mortality alerts The position involves numerous trips throughout the region.

The relational field is as follows: SRAL agents, local quality manager DGAL, DREAL, DDT(M), DDPP, Customs… Public establishments (OFB, ARS, AE, ANSES,...) and professional partners (CRA, sectors, FREDON...) Profile Sought KNOWLEDGE: Required agricultural degree Necessary training in fumigation processes Technical and regulatory knowledge of the relevant fields Knowledge of inspection methods and tools Knowledge of administrative and criminal law Relational qualities and inspection posture
