Fireside Pizza is located in the heart of the Squaw Valley Village and has been in operation since 2002. We offer a family friendly atmosphere, serving gourmet pizza, pasta and salad, 11 microbrews on tap, an affordable wine list and Soju cocktails. Some of the perks we offer our staff are a free shift meal, gift certificates to local restaurants for going above and beyond while working, $$$ Cash for employees of the month and staff parties.

Line Cook Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Assists and participates the day-to-day activities and functions of kitchen facilities, food items preparation and production in assigned section and ensure that the standard performance is implemented and maintained according to designated task
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
- Can lift 50lbs
- Can stand on feet for long periods of time
Pay: $17-$23 per hour (tipped position)
