Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a financially strong, physician-led healthcare system in North Central Pennsylvania in recruiting a Gastroenterologist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established GI program with a large referral base, advanced endoscopy capabilities, and a highly competitive compensation package.

Opportunity Highlights

• General Gastroenterology position

• Outpatient ONLY

• Procedures performed at the hospital and an ambulatory surgery center located directly across the street

• Full range of endoscopic services including:

• Upper endoscopy

• Colonoscopy

• Capsule endoscopy

• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)

• Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)

• SpyGlass cholangioscopy

• Experienced Advanced Practice Provider support with outreach responsibilities

• Large primary care and specialty referral network

• Outpatient EMR: GE Centricity

• Inpatient EMR: Cerner

• Health system includes 9 hospitals serving 29 counties throughout Pennsylvania

Compensation & Benefits

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary

• Uncapped productivity incentives

• $75,000 sign-on bonus
