POSITION:

Materials Manager

Located in the Sioux Falls Area, our client is a leading manufacturer in the state of South Dakota and has been progressively growing for over 75 years. This company is a worldwide supplier in the industry, and they have shown success by offering quality products at an affordable price.

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

· $75,000 - $90,000 -+

· Small Bonus

· M-F, 8AM-5PM

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

· 5 Direct Reports.

· Reports to the Plant Manager.

· Oversee plant material control function.

· Forecasting.

· Master Scheduling.

· Production planning and control.

· Purchased item planning.

· MRO procurement.

· Shipping & Receiving.

· Assist with Inventory Control.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.

· Must have manufacturing and materials, logistics, and scheduling background.

· Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Thorough knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
