As a Direct Support Specialist at Mosaic Life Care, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and individuals with daily living, behavioral, or developmental needs. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and therapeutic activities while monitoring health status and documenting observations. Working closely with nurses and care teams, you help implement care plans, support patient independence, and ensure safety and dignity.
