\nSchedule: Full-Time, MF (4.5 days/week; 1 day off every other week)
\n \nPosition Overview
\nWe are seeking a dedicated Womens Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, autonomous yet collaborative internal medicine and gynecological wellness care to adult women, serving as a critical pillar for continuity of care while supporting the Practice Lead. The incoming provider steps into a highly supportive environment with strong mentorship, replacing a valued team member of five years on excellent terms.
\n \nScope of Practice

- Patient Population: Adult women, focusing on GYN wellness care that feeds specialized referrals. \n
- Comprehensive Primary Care: Manages a spectrum of women's health conditions, combining internal medicine with acute, preventative, and chronic GYN care. \n
- Clinical Workflow: Comprehensive initial shadowing and teaching provided for a seamless transition. \n
- Clinical Procedures: Performs routine in-office and sophisticated hospital-based procedures. \n
- Volume & Call: Scales from 812 patients/day initially to an 1822 daily max.. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Board Certified NP or PA. \n
- Open to both experienced providers and passionate New Graduates. \n
- Active, unrestricted Texas license. \n
- Deep passion for gynecology, women's health, and internal medicine. \n
- Proactive, "no task is too small" team mentality; values clinical autonomy but is eager to discuss cases daily, learn, and be patient. \n
- Local to the Lake Jackson/Brazosport area preferred. \n
