CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. The position requires a commitment to quality patient interactions and adherence to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and active state registration.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Show commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
• Complete required immunizations including COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation.
