Systems Architect

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Systems Architect

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days hybrid on-site role

As a Systems Architect, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level BI solutions using Power BI.
• Create highly interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance measurement models.
• Design and implement robust data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Power Query, SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to solve business challenges.
• Design and deploy AI-powered assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge-driven AI applications.
• Support AI governance, model evaluation, prompt optimization, and responsible AI practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 - $75 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
