Education High School Diploma required.Work Experience One-year acute or long-term experience, certification preferred.Depending on your assigned location, you must attend and successfully complete St. Luke's Health Network Associate Patient Care Course and BLS course during the initial orientation period following hire (or demonstrate evidence or previous equivalent training determined through competency testing), and reach a level of independent competency in mastering all aspects of the position including the phlebotomy (blood drawing) component within 90-Days of hire.Licenses / Certifications Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.Basic Life Support / CPR, as a healthcare provider, per the American Heart Association required within 30 days of employment. Certification must be maintained throughout employment.
