Workplace Experience Specialist

The Workplace Experience Specialist drives optimized workplace operations, ensuring service quality, operational stability, and an elevated employee experience. You will report to the Workplace Experience Manager and work fully onsite. Responsibilities You will ensure adherence to operational standards, service quality and expected outcomes of the Del Rey site Oversee vendor performance against service levels Coordinate workplace services and vendor activities including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and office amenities Support invoice and budget tracking, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings Manage employee experience programs including onsite activations, hospitality services and site communications Contribute to Workplace Experience projects, coordinating operational changes such as moves, refurbishments, and new service rollouts Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Security, PP and Studio teams to support operational and project‑related programs Maintain workplace standard operating procedures, operational records, space planning tool, and workplace documentation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, hospitality, or related environments Experience managing vendors, supporting workplace projects, and coordinating operational projects Experience in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing activations from concept to completion. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). Pay Ranges California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $71,500 - $112,000 USD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
