Work-From-Home Member Services Associate

Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Work-From-Home Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work virtually with clients, identify their needs, and provide helpful education around life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.

This remote position offers a supportive environment with warm leads, training, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members and prospective clients through company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

• Complete customer-focused needs assessments

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products

• Help clients understand available benefits and coverage choices

• Provide responsive follow-up and client support

• Maintain organized client records and documentation

• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
