Financial Analyst

Our Kforce client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role partners with business leaders to deliver financial insights, performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making. The client offers great salary and strong benefits. The position will be in the Saint Louis, MO area. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analyst will support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including expense, capital, and variance reporting
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools
- Assist with monthly business reviews and executive presentations
- As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with department leaders to evaluate financial performance and future spending
- Support business case development, strategic projects, and growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
- Assist with enhancements to financial planning, reporting, and forecasting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Experience with PowerPoint and financial reporting systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
