divh2Mitigation Crew Chief/h2pOCI Restoration IICRC Certified Firm is seeking an experienced Mitigation Crew Chief to lead water, fire, mold, and specialty mitigation projects in the Raleigh, NC market. This is an opportunity to work under a Triple Master Educated Restorer in a growing restoration company committed to IICRC standards, proper documentation, and doing mitigation the right way. We are building a serious restoration operation not a production-only model./ppPosition Overview The Mitigation Crew Chief is responsible for:/pulliLeading field crews on residential and light commercial losses/liliExecuting mitigation projects in accordance with ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, and S700 standards/liliDeveloping and adjusting drying strategies based on psychrometrics and job conditions/liliMaintaining accurate documentation, moisture logs, and photo records/liliServing as the primary on-site contact for property owners and adjusters/liliIdentifying scope changes and communicating with management/li/ulpThis role requires both technical competence and leadership maturity. Required Qualifications/pulliWRT certification (Required)/lili23+ years hands-on mitigation experience/liliStrong understanding of structural drying and moisture mapping/liliAbility to interpret and apply IICRC standards in the field/liliValid drivers license/liliWillingness to participate in on-call rotation/li/ulpPreferred Certifications/pulliASD/liliFSRT/liliAMRT/liliOCT or other advanced certifications/li/ulpCandidates actively pursuing Master-level certifications are strongly encouraged to apply. Tools Equipment/pulliEmployees provide their own basic hand tools/liliOCI Restoration provides all mitigation equipment, specialty tools, PPE, meters, and consumables/li/ulpWe invest in proper equipment and expect it to be used correctly.
