YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SERVICE DISPATCHER

This is a full-time HVAC dispatching opportunity working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM , with overtime opportunities available as business needs arise.

Your day begins with helping customers feel confident that they've called the right company. As service requests come in, you'll coordinate technician schedules, dispatch the right team members to the right jobs, and adapt quickly when emergency requests or scheduling changes arise. Throughout the day, you'll maintain ongoing communication with technicians regarding scheduling and job progress, keep customer information accurate and up to date, collaborate with office staff to create a seamless experience, and handle administrative tasks that help our operation run efficiently. Every interaction you have will contribute to delivering the outstanding service experience that customers have come to expect from Polar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

Candidates with strong organizational abilities and advanced customer service experience, especially within HVAC or a similar service industry, will stand out.
