MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will help with cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, and promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
