Part-Time Personal Assistant / Household Support (10 hrs/week, Los Altos) Location: Los Altos, CA (in-person required) Hours: ~10 hours/week (flexible schedule) Compensation: $30–$40/hour depending on experience About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time personal assistant to support a private household with day-to-day logistics, errands, and coordination tasks. This is not a corporate executive assistant role . The position focuses on managing household-related responsibilities, coordinating vendors, handling errands, and supporting general personal logistics with a high level of ownership and discretion. This role is best suited for someone comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment where tasks vary week to week. Responsibilities Manage errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and package drop-offs Schedule and track household maintenance tasks Pick up, scan, and forward mail as needed Support sourcing household or personal items Make reservations and handle small logistics requests Assist with occasional transportation-related tasks Help coordinate pet-related logistics when needed Schedule & Availability Approximately 10 hours per week Combination of recurring responsibilities and flexible tasks Some on-demand availability (~1–2 hours/week) expected Occasional weekend support may be helpful but is flexible Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a personal assistant, household support, administrative, or similar coordination role Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal oversight Reliable communication and follow-through High level of discretion and professionalism Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required Additional Information In-person availability in Los Altos is required Mileage reimbursement will be provided when using a personal vehicle for work-related errands Confidentiality agreement required This is a contractor-style hourly position #J-18808-Ljbffr LOKA
