Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) at a healthcare facility in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves providing specialized nursing care on various units including cardiac telemetry, general medical-surgical, and surgical telemetry. The position requires adaptability to different patient needs and collaborative care delivery under the supervision of licensed physicians.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License; Basic Life Support (BLS); at least 2 years of clinical experience, including travel experience; knowledge of stroke patients and cardiac drips (Amnio, Nitro, and Cardizem); strong skills in basic nursing care and patient assessment
Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in the clinical specialty of medical-surgical telemetry
Additional Information: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple units; care delivery includes assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs; collaboration with healthcare team members to individualize patient care; experience in managing cardiac and stroke patients preferred
