Warehouse Associate – Reach Truck OperatorPosition: Warehouse Associate – Reach Truck OperatorIndustry: Logistics / DistributionJob Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireLocation: Louisville, KYPay Rate: $19.50-$20.50/hr.Shifts Available:A Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.B Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.C Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 p.m.-2:00 a.m.Job DescriptionSnelling is currently seeking dependable Warehouse Associates with Reach Truck experience for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the back-end of the warehouse process, including picking, packing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack customer orders according to shipping requirements.Stage and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and product accuracy.Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently while following proper load sequencing.Operate pallet jacks, forklift, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to move materials.Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient environment.RequirementsReach Truck Operation.Prior experience in outbound shipping, order picking/packing, or warehouse operations preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude.BenefitsWeekly pay with electronic depositsMedical, Vision, and Dental coverage after 45 days401K eligibility (matched after 1 year)Opportunity for permanent placement after 90 days based on performanceHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume for immediate consideration.
