It's how and why we engage the best and brightest talent to continue propelling our shared success into the future.LOCATION: Rochester, NYSUMMARY: Use experience and skills to troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain manufacturing and ancillary equipment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain manufacturing and ancillary equipment.Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.Possess an ability to use monitoring and testing equipment to facilitate in the troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining of manufacturing and ancillary equipment.It is the responsibility of the maintenance individual to further his abilities, skills knowledge to expand his capabilities in troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting and maintaining existing as well as new equipment and technology.Responsible for working safely, follow LO/TO and electrical safety policies.Other duties as assigned.HOURS: 12 hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule of 11am - 11pm OR 11pm-11am OR 7pm-7amOR8 hour 12 days on 2 days off schedule of 11pm - 7am OR 3pm - 11pmQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
