Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Akron As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries creating maps and reports and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects Responsibilities Conduct land surveys using specialized tools and technology Measure and document property boundaries topography and existing structures Record data and create maps diagrams and reports using computer software Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality checks and using precise measurement techniques Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to support construction projects Stay updated on industry standards regulations and best practices Requirements Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques and equipment Proficiency with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Salary $1000 per month Location Akron remote work not available Preference will be given to Kenyan applicants Visa sponsorship may be provided Accommodation is not provided This position requires fluency in English #J-18808-Ljbffr Oman OnlineConnect
