engineering expertise for the Account Lifecycle (AOP) platform, ensuring seamless and compliant onboarding and account management processes.The Lead Software Engineer will:Drive end-to-end design and delivery of onboarding and account lifecycle capabilitiesOwn platform components across workflow orchestration, rule engines, integrations, and document processingEnable modernization of onboarding LocationThis role will work a hybrid schedule 3 days/week in any of our Franklin Templeton locations with a preference to locations in the Eastern time zone.Franklin Templeton offers employees a
