We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead scalable CSM solutions, integrations, platform optimization, and technical teams. Key Skills:

• Case Management, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management
• JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer
• REST API integrations
• Health Scan & Instance Scan
• Platform performance optimization
• Scoped Applications & Domain Separation
• Upgrades, patching & troubleshooting
• DevOps / CI/CD (preferred)
