Preconstruction Coordinator - Location Sheffield Fulcrum Group have a vacancy for a Preconstruction Coordinator based in Sheffield This role is part of a multi-skilled team, where individuals will develop capability across all areas to ensure consistent, efficient, and right-first-time delivery for customers and the business. Experience in utilities, construction, or infrastructure and an awareness of permits / NRSWA processes would be advantageous. You Will Ideally Have: Experience in an administrative, coordination, or planning environment Experience working with scheduling or workflow systems The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities In This Role, You Will: Support the planning and allocation of work to operational teams and contractors based on location and requirements Assist in ensuring all work is planned in advance of delivery dates Update schedules and respond to changes, deferrals, and re-plans Assist in coordinating projects from enquiry through to completion Ensure required information, documentation, and approvals are in place at each stage Act as a point of contact for customer queries and internal coordination Obtain and manage permits, notices, and traffic management bookings where required Support compliance with NRSWA and permitting requirements Assist in managing notices, defects, and documentation Support ensuring all jobs are "ready to go" prior to start For more information or informal chat please contact Michelle Lane - Head of Preconstruction Delivery - email: View email address on click.appcast.io 05.08.2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr HAUC(UK)
