Since 2003, Anderson Construction has built commercial and residential projects across Bay County and the Florida Panhandle. We’re a close-knit team, which means our project managers aren’t a cog in a big machine. You’ll estimate your own projects, run them from bid through closeout, and see your work in the community for years to come.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants real ownership, and the accountability that comes with it.

What You’ll Do

• Estimate your projects: quantity takeoffs, bid packages, leveling subcontractor pricing, and preparing clear, well-qualified proposals
• Buy out your projects: subcontracts, purchase orders, and scope reviews that close gaps before they cost money
• Build and manage the schedule with your superintendent, keeping submittals, procurement, and owner decisions moving
• Manage budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, change orders, and monthly pay applications
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Visit your jobsites regularly and solve problems alongside your superintendent
• Drive punch list and closeout to completion, on time

You’ll Do Well Here If You:

• Own your projects like they’re your business, from the bid to the final lien release
• Raise problems early, including your own mistakes, instead of hoping they go away
• Ask “why” and “what if” before you sign a subcontract or submit a number
• Want honest feedback, and use it
• Would rather solve a problem than explain why it happened

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management, estimating, or related experience with a general contractor
• Hands-on estimating ability, including takeoffs, bid leveling, and proposals
• Strong plan and spec reading, plus working knowledge of contracts, change orders, and job costing
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Excel and digital plan review/takeoff tools; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, or similar software is a plus
• Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay & Benefits

• $90,000 – $115,000 base salary, based on experience
• Performance bonus
