Caregivers and Medication Aides who work between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will receive an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or new to the field, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.Highlights of the Role:Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Engagement: Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections.Supportive Tasks: Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment.Medication Management: Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.What We Look For:Experience: Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia.
