You'll be part of a collaborative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care while supporting one another's growth and success.Full-time and part-time opportunities available.About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.Your day-to-dayEvaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goalsDeliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall functionUtilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriateMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievementEducate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and sustainable movement strategies tailored to each patient's lifeMaintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologiesCollaborate with fellow Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experienceParticipate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunitiesBuild meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic cultureWhy Join CPTE?CPTE is a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners.
