This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving things. If you’re the type who can look at a problem and figure it out — we want to talk to you. ️ What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple automotive repair shops Maintain and repair vehicle lifts (training provided if needed) Handle general building maintenance (walls, doors, flooring, fixtures, lighting, plumbing, etc.) Paint and renovate shop interiors and exteriors as needed Repair deficiencies identified during inspections or day-to-day operations Assist with minor remodels and renovations Coordinate with management on priorities and timelines Ensure shops remain safe, clean, functional, and professional What We’re Looking For Strong handyman / maintenance background Mechanically and technically inclined Ability to learn quickly and adapt Comfortable using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting issues Self-motivated and dependable — you don’t need to be micromanaged Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations Valid driver’s license (travel between locations required) Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with automotive shop equipment or lifts Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC exposure Construction, remodeling, or facilities maintenance experience Welding or fabrication skills Why Join Us Steady, full-time work Variety — no two days are the same Opportunity to grow your skills and responsibilities Be part of a company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and initiative Competitive pay based on experience Position Details Schedule: Full-Time Location: Multiple shop locations (travel required) Pay: Competitive, based on experience
