Good news: this is not an office job!Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energyMust lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environmentMust be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedbackMust have reliable transportation to and from workMust be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSolid employment track record with positive referencesPhysical Requirements:Constant standing and walkingOccasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safelyOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment usageFrequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spineConstant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around fountain areaConstant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken wordConstant clarity of vision at near and/or far distancesAbility to work outside in various weather conditionsAndy's Frozen Custard is an equal opportunity employer.
