Senior Recruiter - Oil & Gas/ Manufacturing

We're partnering with a growing organization in the energy and industrial sector seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter - Oil & Gas / Manufacturing to join their team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans Advise stakeholders on candidate evaluation, interview best practices, and market trends Conduct intake sessions to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring expectations Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts Assess candidates for technical qualifications, culture fit, and long-term potential Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to influence hiring decisions Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate functions Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and hiring teams Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Experience Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry experience Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and labor market trends Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter+Sage
