What You'll Do Build Customer Relationships & Drive Sales Connect with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls Develop trusted relationships through consultative conversations Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through follow-up Educate customers on products, applications, and solutions Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to long‑term partnerships Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives Support Operational Excellence Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM systems Continuously develop product and industry knowledge Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues Share ideas that improve processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance Contribute as a Team Player Support team initiatives and special projects Embrace continuous learning and professional development What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
