Details for TA Technician | Quality Assurance :
- $21/ Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Paid Weekly

- Inspect materials and products using measuring tools, functional tests, and visual comparisons to standards
- Record and report results, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication of findings
- Follow established quality, safety, and customer-specific standards and procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors to clarify instructions and address quality or process issues
- Maintain consistent communication with team members and supervisors throughout inspections
- Participate in required training and support company values, mission, and goals
- Report to work on time and ready to perform assigned duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to closely follow quality standards and inspection protocols
- Apply decision-making to determine acceptable vs unacceptable features during audits
- Proficient with basic measuring devices like calipers and micrometers (preferred)
- Familiar with engineering drawings and specifications (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- Work independently while maintaining accountability for responsibilities
- Regularly stand and walk on uneven surfaces or in tight spaces for long durations
- Occasionally sit for extended periods during documentation or data entry
- Frequently use hands and arms to operate tools, handle objects, or reach for inspections
- Occasionally crouch, crawl, stoop, or kneel to access machinery or low components
- Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Require close, distance, depth, color vision, and focus adjustment for precise inspections
- Regular exposure to airborne particles and moderate noise from machinery or equipment
- Occasional proximity to mechanical parts, loud noise, temperature extremes, or low lighting
- Rare electrical shock risk mitigated by safety protocols
